How do we help ourselves remember the good things?
Anxiety has a way of blocking out anything that is good or rational. It causes us to fixate on every bad scenario and any what-if that may come our way. It can become a cloud that blocks out the sun, causing us to only see the hard right in front of us instead of the good all around us.
How to be authentic and not a people pleaser
No one likes an imposter. Someone who says one thing and does another. We value authenticity. Being able to believe that the way a person acts and speaks is who they really are, not just a show. We appreciate being able to trust others in this way.
